The Practicum Ready Institute is a liberatory learning hub that helps students, organizations, and schools co-create practicum experiences rooted in justice, care, and community. We offer mentorship, training, resources, and program design support to transform the way social work field education is done.

We serve three core groups:

• Students (BSW, MSW, and early-career professionals)

• Organizations (private practices, nonprofits, birthworker collectives)

• Schools (field directors, faculty, and university programs)
